If, due to COVID-19 government regulations, the event is cancelled, a new date will be decided and all tickets will be transferred to the new date.
No refunds will be given to attendees required to partake in mandatory lockdown, or are unable to attend due to State Government enforced lockdowns or border closures unless this occurs in the Newcastle/Hunter Region. If a mandated lockdown is enforced in the Newcastle/Hunter Regions, a new date will be decided for the event and all tickets will be transferred to the new date.
Although the event is open bar, alcohol is to be enjoyed responsibly and in accordance with RSA rules and regulations.
Attendance at the Swell Soiree does not guarantee you an editorial feature in Swell, however, will put you above your competitors if you so desire.
