Shipping Policy

Delivery Time: We offer reliable Australia-wide shipping with delivery times of 3–10 business days, depending on your location. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Rates: (as per current Australia Post rates, subject to change)

• Standard Shipping: $7.50 per single magazine copy
• Parcel Shipping: From $14.95

International Shipping: Not available at this time.

Subscription Orders: Magazines are shipped according to the subscription schedule, with delivery dates subject to postal service timelines.

Returns, Refunds & Subscription Policy

Damaged Items: If your magazine arrives damaged, we will reship it at no cost. Notify us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order details.
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Subscription Cancellations:

You can cancel recurring subscriptions anytime via your account or by contacting us.

• Cancellations will not be refunded for issues already shipped.
• You won’t be charged for future shipments after cancellation.

Subscription Payment Schedule

Recurring Payments: Payments are processed 30 days before the release of each new magazine issue to address potential payment failures before shipment.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, you’ll be notified and can update your details. Unresolved payments will result in a paused subscription.

Cancellations: Must occur before the 30-day renewal period. Refunds are not available for processed renewals.

Change of Address or Incorrect/Return to Sender Deliveries 

If your address changes, update it in your account or notify us before the 15th of the month prior to release. Eg. 15th March, 15th July, 15th November. Failure to provide the correct address or update your address in time may result in additional shipping fees for re-delivery, including cases where items are returned to sender due to an incorrect address.
